Collect&Geek is an online platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage their personal collections of items
  • Discover and explore other users' collections
  • Exchange and interact with the collectors community
  • Organize and catalog their collectible items
  • Share their passion for collecting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any or all of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Eligibility and account

Registration conditions

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
  • Minors under 18 must have parental permission
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Only one account per user is allowed
  • Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months

User content

You retain all rights to the content you post (photos, descriptions, collections). However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute and promote this content on our platform.

  • You warrant that you have the necessary rights to your content
  • You agree not to post illegal or offensive content
  • We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content

Photos and images

Photos you upload must be your own creations or you must have permission to use them. Images protected by copyright without appropriate authorization will be removed.

The Collect&Geek platform, including its design, features, code and brand, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not authorized to:

Transactions and exchanges

User exchanges

Collect&Geek may facilitate exchanges between collectors, but we are not a party to these transactions. You are fully responsible for:

  • Shipping and receiving items
  • Resolving any disputes
